How We Deliver

Delivery Timeline

Ships in 3–5 Business Days
We process and ship orders from across Pakistan within 3 to 5 full business days after your order is placed.

While we strive to provide accurate delivery timelines, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, you’ll have the option to either wait for it to arrive or cancel the item without any restocking fees. We’ll inform you as soon as we become aware of any significant delays beyond the estimated timeframe.

Delivery Costs & Timelines

• Delivery Fee: PKR 200.00 per order

• Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 5 working days

Track Your Order

You can easily track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Account" section, or by clicking the "Track Your Order" link at the top of the page.
Our courier partner, Leopards, will also send you SMS updates about your order’s status and delivery time.

Delivery Options

We deliver to any address within Pakistan. You can update your delivery address for each order or choose to use your saved billing address as your default.

International Delivery

We currently do not offer delivery outside Pakistan.

If You’re Not Available at Delivery Time

If you’re unavailable during the initial delivery attempt, we’ll try to arrange an alternative time with you. However, if rescheduling is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
